Y no modern fantasy?

My pet TTRPG setting is the world of Aenyrathia, a contemporary fantasy setting that, to my knowledge, is the only high fantasy setting set in the modern era with no "hidden world" type thing.

It's really unfortunate I chose this (despite purposely doing it to differentiate the setting) because I can't find any inspiration anywhere.

I'm putting off writing still for the last session we did, but I'm telling myself I will finish the recap and synthesizing the wiki articles for it before a week passes - we'll see how that goes, though.
